HGTV Dream House 2013 ~ part 2

Heading upstairs to the third level.
The light fixture was pretty.

These built in bunkbeds are on the landing
this is what you see as you are coming up the stairs


upstairs sitting area

pretty blue and grey bedroom

bright and pretty room loved the bedding

bright bath

downstairs outside dining area
and yes Missy George I bet the mosquitoes and horseflies will be bad.

garage/ sitting/ game room area 
the swing beds were fun

lighting/ candles above the outside dining table
we loved this idea..
Other than an outdoor shower that's it... that's your 2013 Dream Home.
Miss Di of Musings asked what was my favorite room...
Well the truth is not one room stood out. I never had a WOW moment
Maybe HGTV spoiled me with their  
Now that was a dream home it was filled with art by local artist. 
It had a beautiful path and dock to the water with million dollar views from almost every room. Even after almost 10 years the way it was decorated still works today.
