Yellow Stokesia 'Mary Gregory ' and other things

Woohoo I got my Yellow Stokesia and had loads of fun seeing all the great stuff at Hester & Zipperer's it has been a couple of years since I have stopped by and man have I been missing out !

So cute ! these are done by local artist Robert E Evans

isn't this great ..

I have to have a rain chain ... Oh hubby birthday in September !!!

everywhere I turned there was another beautiful display to look at.

all I had with me was my little camera so these pictures really don't show how wonderful Hester & Zipperer really is. Whatever you need they have it or will try to get it for you.
A great big thank you to Miss Cathrine for finding these for me. I can't wait till next year to see them blooming in my yard.

We have gotten a little break from the heat this week but I really haven't done much outside I have been playing with babies and loving every second of it .. The hibiscus are looking fabulous and I haven't taken a single picture guess I had better get busy..

Have a fun day everyone
hugs ya'll, Cherry

  1. Thanks for the tour. Looks lovely. Nothing that nice anywhere near where I live. Congrats on finding that stokesia.
    Keep it cool!

  2. Oh my goodness, what a place! I ADORE that blue pottery -- like you, I think I'm addicted to all pottery, but that blue is lovely, and I don't think there's a more outstanding colour in the garden. Blue seems to make all other colours jump out!

  3. I LOVE those huge blue containers in the greenhouse!
    Happy Gardening dear friend.

  4. Wow what a great place. I wish we had shops like that around here. I want those blue pots! ;-) Glad you got some great plants we will be watching for your pictures of the blooms Cherry.

  5. I agree with Nancy, I love that blue pottery! Just great! Will be looking for photos of the yellow stokesia in bloom.

  6. Looks like a really great store!

  7. You have a great garden shop to browse! So pretty! It must be difficult to leave!

Glad you got your yellow stokesia.

  8. You are always tempting me with those fun garden shops that you visit. Okay, now I am coveting the rain chains, but no place to put it. My home is two stories! Hey, wait a minute, the garage is only one story. Hmmmm.

  9. I really want a rain chain too!! Which is totally too funny, as we hardly ever get rain. LOL!!!

  10. Thanks for the virtual shopping trip girlfriend. How I wish I lived in your neck of the woods, we would have so much fun!

Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to leave a comment. It is so much fun to read everyone's thoughts on my ramblings .. I love to go blog hopping so look for me to be visiting you soon.
hugs, Cherry
